    Good location, plenty of parking, open till late. Has a handy little post office. What’s there to complain about, right?Well, the main reason we go there is to use Post Office services. But out of times we have been there we have been refused Post Office services, which is a direct contradiction to their claimed opening hours of service! Only once we were served properly that was during weekday morning. All other times we were refused to be served by the same serving staff, an caucasian male staff who wears glasses. Every one of the five times he has comes up with a different excuse for not entertaining Post Office services such as ) I’m by myself ) the door is locked ) the system is not working.It is ridiculous, really frustrating and shameful that an employee is allowed to get away with this. We stopped going to McColl’s after this happened multiple times.Please get your act together or let Londis next door take on Post Office services.
